Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have sent written confirmation by email, including your fixed price, vehicle type and driver details.
Pricing
All prices are fixed and agreed before travel, based on the route, vehicle type and passenger count you provide. Prices are inclusive of tolls and standard waiting time as specified at booking.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations made later, or no-shows, may be subject to a charge — contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
Flight delays
For airport pickups, we track your flight number and adjust pickup time at no extra cost. A free waiting period after landing is included; additional waiting time beyond this may be charged.
Passenger responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate trip details (address, passenger count, luggage) at booking. Additional passengers, stops or luggage not declared in advance may require a different vehicle and could affect price or availability.
Liability
Transfers are carried out by licensed, professional VTC drivers operating in accordance with French transport regulations. Liability for the journey itself rests with the operating driver/vehicle in line with applicable law and insurance.
