How to book an airport transfer in Paris
Booking a private transfer takes about two minutes once you have the right details ready. Here's what to prepare and what happens after you send your request.
1. Gather your trip details
- Pickup point (airport + terminal, station, hotel or address)
- Destination address
- Date and time, or your flight number if it's an airport pickup
- Number of passengers and pieces of luggage
- Any child seats required, and the age of each child
2. Send your request
Phone or WhatsApp is fastest, especially for same-day bookings — you'll usually get a fixed price back within minutes. The contact form works just as well if you're planning further ahead.
3. Confirm your price and driver
Once your price is confirmed, you're set — no need to call again unless your plans change. For airport pickups, we track your flight automatically, so there's nothing further to update even if your landing time shifts.
4. Meet your driver
For airport transfers, your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board. For hotel or address pickups, they'll be outside at the agreed time. Either way, you'll have driver details confirmed by email ahead of pickup.
How far ahead should you book?
Same-day booking is often possible, but we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead during peak season (June–September, and the December holidays) or for early-morning flights, simply to guarantee vehicle availability.
